Goal Altitude Factor: 0.8 + 0.6·AR − 0.6·AR² + 0.2·AR³, where AR = arrival height ÷ elevation. Crossing at or below goal gives the maximum 20% time-point penalty (factor 0.8); crossing at the full required elevation gives factor 1.0. Only Time Points are multiplied by the factor — Distance and Lead-out points stay the same.
